Ingredients

Onion, Ginger, Sugar, Fish Sauce (Anchovy extract, Salt, Sugar), Red Chilli, Garlic,  Red Wine Vinegar (Antioxidant Sulphur Dioxide), Rapeseed Oil, Cumin, Coriander, Tamarind Paste , Black Pepper, Turmeric, Ground Ginger, Salt.

Our Goan curry paste is a delicious infusion of ginger, red chilli and warm aromatic spices for a mouth-watering sweet and sour curry.


COOKING INSTRUCTIONS Simply simmer the contents of the pot with 400ml coconut milk, 200g chopped tomatoes along with your choice of meat, fish, seafood or vegetables, (great with chicken or prawns,) until bubbling-hot and cooked-through.
*nb. This product is gluten-free.
