"Spice has always been a huge part of my life with my South-East Asian heritage. The pastes are a tribute to Chiu, my Malaysian mother and her love for vibrant spices in her cooking – our original name, Chiu’s Spice became Choose Spice!

Our three Choose Spice curry pastes, the Goan, Rendang and Sri Lankan, were created with the help of my mother’s authentic recipes and her passion, as well as the enthusiasm of a close colleague. They were inspired by many years of guests’ requests for Asian products that they could use to cook their own authentic dishes at home.
Our happy customers seem to want more interesting and fresh-tasting curries, especially if they are quick and easy to cook.
